Depending on how you Interact with the B2B Network, the information and data provided by you or collected or retrieved by, for or on behalf of B2B may include:

• Personal information, such as your first, middle and last name, a home or other physical address, telephone number(s), email address(es) or other online contact information, such as an instant messaging user identifier or a screen name that reveals an individual’s email address, a persistent identifier, such as a customer number held in a coockie or processor serial number, that is combined with other available data that identifies an individual, account information (user name and password), and any other information from or about an individual that is combined with any of the above;
  Key words, key strokes and click stream data, such as your visits to websites and pages and your responses to offerings, promotions, sweepstakes and Advertisements;
  Content of messages and emails and other information related to your use of the B2B Network;
  Information about the searches you perform and how you use the results of those searches;
  Information about the services or offerings that you use, and how frequently you use them;
  Information uploaded by you to your profile;
  Information obtained by us through communications received by you;
  Transaction-related information with us and with some of our vendors and business partners, including, credit card or other preferred means of payment, billing or shipping information, or a history of products or services purchased;
  Customer service information about you as a B2B Network user or subscriber;
  Your browser, including your IP address, cookie and Web beacon information (discussed in detail below), the type of operating system you are using (e.g., Windows XP or Mac OS), CPU type (e.g. Pentium), your manner of connecting to the Internet (e.g., connection speed through narrowband or broadband access); the page you request together with other information about your geographic location; and the domain name of your Internet service provider;
  Any other information or data provided by you or collected, retrieved or tracked by us;

• All of the above, individually and collectively “Information”

2. Cookies and Web Beacons and Other Similar Technologies and Uses Thereof

• The B2B Network and certain of its advertising partners and affiliates use cookies. A “cookie” is a small text file that contains a string of alphanumeric characters. There are two types of cookies that may be used: a persistent cookie and a session cookie. A persistent cookie gets entered by your Web browser into the “Cookies” folder on your computer and remains in this “Cookies” folder after you close your browser. Persistent cookies may be used by your browser on subsequent Interaction with the B2B Network or third party website. A session cookie is held temporarily in your computer’s memory and disappears after you close your browser or shut off your computer. The B2B Network and certain of its advertising partners and affiliates may also use Web beacons (also called “clear GIFs”, “action tags” or “pixel tags”) in conjunction with cookies. Web beacons are small strings of code that are placed in a Web page that is designed to allow the site owner or a third party to monitor who is visiting such page by collecting the IP address of the computer that the Web beacon is sent to, the URL of the page the Web beacon comes from, and the time it was viewed. Web beacons also may be associated with cookie information.
  The B2B Network and certain of its advertising partners and affiliates may use cookies and Web beacons in combination with click stream data such as behavioral data, IP addresses, log files, referring URLs, traffic data and other Information, including combining with your personal information, to enhance and personalize your experience on the B2B Network, to help authenticate you when you use the B2B Network; to remember your preferences and registration information; to enable a shopping cart; to present and help measure and research the effectiveness of B2B Network offerings, Advertisements, and e-mail communications (by determining which e-mails you open and act upon); and to customize the content and Advertisements provided to you by us and our business partners through the B2B Network. Information obtained through cookies and Web beacons or about Internet usage may be combined with other Information, including your personal information, from any other cookie or source. B2B may place a cookie on your hard disk on behalf of a sponsor when such sponsor’s web page is shown, so that the sponsor can measure the effectiveness of such web page. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Cookies can only be accessed or read by the domain that placed them. You have the ability to accept or decline cookies. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies if you prefer. • In addition, and as further discussed in Section 7 below, B2B may serve ads on the B2B Network, other websites and your computer using System Save an ad-serving technology (defined in Section 7 below) and other technologies. In doing so, in addition to tracking certain key strokes and click stream data, one of our ad servers will place or read a unique ad-serving cookie on your computer and will use Information combined with your activity on the Internet to serve Advertisements. 3. Profile Information submitted by You to the B2B Network

• The personal information contained in your profile will be shown to those people whom you choose. You have three options when choosing the level of sharing of your profile. They are:

  (i) "Friends" which consists only of your Friends,
  (ii) "Friends of Friends" which consists of your friends, as well as the extended group of people who are amigos of yours, and
  (iii) "Anyone" which is all visitors to the B2B Websites, whether or not they are registered B2B Network members.

• PLEASE NOTE THAT, REGARDLESS OF WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION YOU CHOOSE TO INCLUDE IN YOUR PROFILE, OR WHAT LEVEL OF SHARING YOU CHOOSE, CERTAIN INFORMATION ABOUT YOU WILL BE INCLUDED IN YOUR MEMBER'S "PUBLIC PROFILE," WHICH IS AN ABBREVIATED VERSION OF A B2B PROFILE. PUBLIC PROFILES WILL BE AVAILABLE TO ANY USER OF THE B2B NETWORK, WHETHER OR NOT THE USER IS A REGISTERED B2B NETWORK SUBSCRIBER.

4. How Information is Used B2B uses Information for the following general purposes to:

• help us, our business partners, customers and clients better understand the demographics of our/their target audience(s) as well as to support our and their marketing of products and services and selection and delivery of Advertisement(s) (as such term is defined in Section 7 below);
  provide you with information and materials about products, services, news and events;
  present offers and Advertisements, both offline and online, to you on behalf of B2B and our business partners and advertisers;
  direct marketing
  to determine or predict user characteristics, behavior, or preferences;
  assist B2B Network users in finding and communicating with each other;
  report and assess service levels;
  customize the Advertising and Content you see;
  operate and improve the websites, software, services, products and offerings available through the B2B Network ;
  verify access rights to content, services or software;
  contact you;
  conduct research;
  provide reporting for internal and external clients and customers;
  provide security;
  monitor; and

• for any other business purposes.

5. Who We Share and Sell Information With and How They Use It

• We may share or sell your Information, including your nonpublic personal information, for compensation with third parties; such third parties may include, but are not limited to, our affiliates, marketing companies, advertising agencies, data compilers, advertisers, data companies, data brokers, and, to the extent permitted by law, individual reference and look-up service programs. Such Information may be used by such third parties to provide you with information, advertisements, commercial communications and materials on products and services that may be of interest, for direct marketing or any other business purpose.

• B2B may use agents and contractors in order to help operate, update, enhance and provide the B2B Network. If such agents and contractors have access to non public personally identifiable information, they are required to protect this information in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy or any applicable service-specific privacy notice or restricted from using or disclosing such Information for any purpose other than to carry out the services they are performing for the B2B Network.

6. Evites and Other Communications to and Uses of Non-members Email Addresses

• During our registration process and after a person becomes a B2B Network registered member (“Member(s)”) you can invite friends and other persons to join the B2B Network by sending invitation emails.
  You understand, acknowledge and agree that by providing us your user name(s) and password(s) you are granting B2B access to your address book(s) to retrieve all data within, you have the right to and voluntarily identified or provided such data including all recipient email addresses located therein, B2B did not induce you to send such invitation(s), you initiated the transmission of such email invitations when you clicked the “Click Here to Add Your Friends” link, and that we have permission to upload all such email addresses that remained selected to our database once you click the "Click Here to add your friends" so that: (i) the recipients may be added to your Friend’s list; (ii) we may send other commercial communications to the recipients; and (iii) we may share or sell such recipient email addresses to third parties for compensation.  Recipients of invitations or other electronic promotional communications from us may contact us to stop the delivery of future promotional e-mail by following the specific instructions in the e-mail they receive. Without limiting any of the foregoing, we will discontinue sending reminder invitations upon their joining the B2B Network.
  B2B Members may also store email addresses of people they know in their internal Friends address book and may also choose to send invitations, reminders and other communications to those addresses.

7. How System Save Collects, Tracks, Stores, Transmits and Uses Information

• By installing B2B Software you are also installing an ad-serving, redirecting and behavior monitoring program(s) and application(s) (collectively “System Save”), and you hereby grant permission for B2B to continuously collect certain information to better determine or predict user characteristics, behavior, or preferences, such as: key strokes, key words and click stream data, including portions of search terms, website addresses or URLs from the websites you visit and your frequency of visits to such websites and pages, the content of messages and emails and other data traffic or Information related to your access to and use of the B2B Network and Internet; store this information on your computer in a configuration file; and transmit or upload this information to our servers so that we may select, display and/or send targeted and untargeted websites, html roll-overs, banners, text links, IM advertisements, and any other kind of commercial communication or marketing material (individually and collectively “Advertisement(s)”) to you and for other business purposes. These Advertisements may place cookies on your hard drive and use the cookies together with other Information to tailor delivery of content or Advertisements to you by profiling your use of an Advertisement that you select. These Advertisements may collect information such as your IP address, your browser type and the date and time that the Advertisement was served to you and other Information. Please be advised that information collected by System Save may be merged with any other Information including your personal Information and used, shared or sold by us in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy. 8. Third Party Advertising

• Advertisement(s) sent to you via or appearing on the B2B Network or your computer may be delivered to you by B2B or one of our affiliates or advertising partners. As discussed above, our affiliates and advertising partners may set cookies. These cookies allow the ad server to recognize your computer each time they send you an Advertisement. In this way, ad servers may compile information about where you, or others who are using your computer, saw their Advertisement(s) and determine which ads are clicked on. This information allows an ad network to deliver targeted Advertisements that they believe will be of most interest to you. This Privacy Policy covers the use of cookies placed by B2B and does not cover the use of cookies by any advertisers or any other third party.

9. Removal of B2B Software and Resetting of Preferences

• You can stop receiving Advertisements generated by System Save by manually removing all B2B Software on your computer. B2B Software may be uninstalled by going to the "Add/Remove Programs" menu on your computer and clicking the "Remove" button next to the entry for the B2B Software and System Save software. Specifically, to uninstall the B2B Software and System Save software, please follow these steps: 1. Go to Start menu; 2. Select Control Panel; 3. Select Add or Remove Programs; 4. Select the B2B Software and System Save software; 5. Click Change/Remove. Please note that the above is the only proper way to ensure complete removal of all B2B Software files – many anti-spyware or other software tools do not completely or properly remove the System Save software component of the B2B Software.  If the System Save software is manually removed by you, upon your next use of a B2B product/service, you will receive a prompt letting you know that the applicable software is Advertisement supported and that the removed application(s) and other corresponding files need to be installed again in order for you to use such Advertisement supported B2B product/service.  You may be required to restart your computer in order for the uninstallation to take effect. • The B2B Software will always auto-launch when you restart WINDOWS. You may reset this setting by re- toggling. For more information on how to reset such preferences please click here.

10. Public Disclosure of Information by You and How such Information May Be Used, Shared or Sold

• If you use B2B Network communications tools to disclose information about yourself publicly (for example, in chat rooms, your profile or online message boards made available by the B2B Network), other online users may obtain access to any Information you provide. In addition, the contents of your online communications, as well as other Information about you as a B2B Network user, may be accessed and disclosed in response to legal process (for example, a court order, search warrant or subpoena); in other circumstances in which B2B believes the B2B Network is being used in the commission of a crime; when we have a good faith belief that there is an emergency that poses a threat to the safety of you or another person; when necessary either to protect the rights or property of B2B, the B2B Network or its affiliated providers, for us to render the service you have requested; or for us to use for any other business purpose.

11. Data integrity

• B2B processes personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy or any applicable service-specific privacy notice. We review our data collection, storage and processing practices to ensure that we only collect, store and process the personal information needed. We take commercially reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information we process is accurate, complete, and current, but we depend on our users to update or correct their personal information whenever necessary and as further set forth in Section 13 below.

12. Choices About How We Use and To Whom We Share and Sell Personal Information With

• By registering with the B2B Network or our vendors' sites, users allow B2B and its affiliates to make their personally identifiable information available to third parties in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy. B2B offers you choices for the collection, use, sharing and selling of your personal information. You may have the ability to view or edit how we use, share or sell your personal information, and can either do so by logging into your account and accessing features such as Edit Profile and Account Info or by writing to us using our Contact Us form. You may also choose not to receive promotional e-mail from B2B by following the specific instructions in the e-mail you receive. These communications choices do not apply to mandatory service communications that are considered part of certain B2B services, which you may receive periodically unless you cancel such B2B service. If necessary, we will contact you within a reasonable period of time after we receive your request(s). Because the choices you make in connection with your personal information may not take effect immediately, it is possible, amongst other things, that you may receive a communication(s) during the period in which your request is being processed. Notwithstanding, all personally identifiable information provided by a user may be used by B2B to support its business services described above.
  If a user in our database has notified us in accordance with the terms herein and indicated that they do not want to have their personal information shared or sold to third parties, B2B will limit the use of such information to the suppression, validation and enhancement of existing information held by third parties about its users. For example, marketers may use Information about a registrant provided by B2B, such as "opt-out" information, to suppress or drop the registered user's name from a file of potential customers. Additional Information may be used to verify and/or validate the accuracy of existing data on the registrant that was lawfully acquired by such third party. In addition, our information customers may use Information supplied by B2B to enhance or append personally identifiable data to their file for use in direct or online marketing subject to the terms of their own privacy policies.
  Notwithstanding any of the foregoing, we are not responsible for removing your personal information or any other Information from the lists of any third party who has previously been provided your Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

13. Access and Updating Personal Information

• When you Interact with the B2B Network, we make good faith efforts to provide you with access to your personal information and either to correct this data if it is inaccurate or to delete such data at your request if it is not otherwise required to be retained by law or for legitimate business purposes. Currently, B2B does not offer users a means by which to completely delete personal data in order to maintain a master suppression file. We ask individual users to identify themselves and the information requested to be accessed, corrected or removed before processing such requests, and we may decline to process requests that are unreasonably repetitive or systematic, require disproportionate technical effort, jeopardize the privacy of others, or would be extremely impractical, i.e., requests concerning Information residing on backup tapes), or for which access is not otherwise required. In any case where we provide Information access and correction, we perform this service free of charge, except if doing so would require a disproportionate effort. Some of our services have different procedures to access, correct or delete users' personal information. 14. Co – Branding

• Some B2B products or services may be co-branded and offered in conjunction with another company. If you register for or use such products or services, both B2B and the other company may receive the information collected in conjunction with the co-branded product or services. Please refer to that company's privacy policy to determine how that company may use this Information.

15. No Information from Minors

• You must be at least 13 years of age to interact with and use the B2B Network. In addition, parents or guardians of children over the age of thirteen should be aware that the B2B Network is designed to appeal to a broad audience. Accordingly, it is your responsibility to determine whether the B2B Network is inappropriate for your child.

• We have no intention of collecting personal information from children under the age of 13. When we become aware that personal information from a child under 13 has been collected without such child's parent or guardian's consent, we will use all commercially reasonable efforts to delete or suppress such information from our database.

16. Disclosure

• We may disclose any kind of Information, including your personal non public information, when we believe it necessary for the conduct of our business, or where disclosure is required by law, regulation or other government authority or to prevent harm to yourself or others. Notwithstanding anything else, in the event that ownership of B2B was to change as a result of a merger, acquisition or transfer to another company or person or upon any other corporate reorganization your Information may be transferred by us without your consent .

17. Security of your Personal Information

• B2B uses industry standard security measures to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the Information under our control. Although we make good faith efforts to store the Information collected by the B2B Network in a secure operating environment that is not available to the public, we cannot guarantee complete security. When we transmit highly confidential information (such as a credit card number or password) over the Internet, we protect it through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol. Further, while we make every effort to ensure the integrity and security of our network and systems, we cannot guarantee that our security measures will prevent third-party "hackers" from illegally obtaining this Information. Lastly, unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors may compromise the security of Information. We do not control the Advertisements to which we link and assume no responsibility for their content or privacy policies. We do not exercise control over the sites displayed as search results. Any information that you provide to linked websites or Advertisements, or other third parties, is provided directly to such third party and is subject to that third party's privacy policy. Therefore, you should carefully review the privacy policies that apply to any websites or Advertisements you Interact with from the B2B Network or any advertisers or other third parties you respond to. This privacy policy applies solely to Information collected by or provided to B2B.

19. Changes to Privacy Policy

• B2B reserves the right to change the provisions of this Privacy Policy at any time. B2B will post those changes on the privacy page of the B2B Website located at http://support.buddy2buddy.com/privacy.asp so you can be aware of what Information we collect and how we use, merge, compile, share or sell it. Your Interaction with the B2B Network following the posting of such changes to the B2B Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of any such changes.
