The Joys of Choosing Your Long Distance
Carrier, and Other Delights

With the break-up of the phone company we now have the right to choose the services we need from the companies we prefer.

Unfortunately, with choice comes responsibility and many of us don't have enough information to make an informed choice or to avoid being taken advantage of.  Judging by the heavy doses of marketing to which we are being subjected there is a lot of money to be made in long distance and a lot of people waiting to take yours.

There are many long distance carriers out there.  Since everyone's needs differ there is no "one size fits all" carrier so you will need to do some research.  In the tutorial that follows we will suggest some things you can look for and some pitfalls to avoid when choosing your carrier.

Please use the menu above to view the rest of this tutorial.  Start with "Types of Carriers" and work your way down from there.  Then click on Planet Eagle (in the Home/Office menu at the left) to locate a long distance carrier that suits your needs.  We offer a number of carriers at favorable rates.

Of course, if you want to bypass this eloquent narrative and go directly to that Web site we won't be offended.  As always, your comments and questions are appreciated; just click on "Contact Us" at the top of the page to send an e-mail.
